“Workaway” has favorable assignments for a possible plan of (temporary) settlement, and of course there are other programs out there besides Workaway that you can research on your own. We have no further information at this time.
With Workaway, there are short and long term assignments (...i.e. one year). Perhaps, you can consider lining up multiple assignments to keep you in a place of residency. In our research we have learned most offer free housing. In addition, some distribute stipends and free meals. The greatest concern we found is there are some volunteer assignments requesting workers on Shabbat, but NOT ALL. You must make inquiry with each Workaway program.
